At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your comfort; if your footwear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to protect the packaging during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
